Infradata Acquires French Network Security Specialist Nomios

LEIDEN, Netherlands, November 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --

Infradata, leading independent Dutch integrator of secure carrier-grade networks, has acquired French network security company Nomios. With this acquisition, Infradata strengthens its capabilities in network security and will be able to expand its activities in the French marketplace. Nomios focuses on enterprise services and has a strong position in the defense technology, finance and internet/telco industries. The annual revenue of the company is 35 million euros, with an average growth rate of 30% over past years. The acquisition gives a new impulse to the management and more than 70 employees at Nomios, thanks to additional capital to accelerate growth.

The now finalized acquisition marks the completion of a process that started in January of this year. The acquisition contract was signed in July and has now been approved by the French Ministry for the Economy and Finance.
