Laura MacConnell will be be responsible for recruiting future Infoworks employees and managing the human resources team while ensuring Infoworks can sustain the current trajectory of accelerated growth.
Kollengode is a 25+ year engineering and management professional who assembled the big data team at Nokia and centralized all of the company's worldwide data. Previously, he led the open source Hadoop MapReduce team at Yahoo! in building the scalable platform driving Yahoo! Search and user data analytics. As Senior Manager/Architect at Amazon A9 team, he built the company's first non-Oracle system, one of the early big data systems, to store web search and advertisement data for rigorous analysis.
Nankani brings 15+ years of data and analytics experience, including many years at Saama where as Principal he delivered big data solutions to Cisco, Unilever, Genentech and other Fortune 500 enterprises, including leading one of the early Google Big Query deployments. Prior to this, Nankani served as a senior software engineer at Citadon and Calkey Technologies.
MacConnell is a veteran recruiting and human resources professional with 20 years of experience attracting high caliber tech talent for big data startups, entertainment and Fortune 100 organizations including: Warner Bros., Bank of America, ZEFR, Premise Data, Waterline Data, and more. She is an expert at rapidly building high-performing organizations by developing and implementing best-in-class process, people, and technology.
