FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- InfoSpi Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ISPI) submits its company update regarding its present activities as well as those for the immediate future.

The $500 million hedge fund is progressing as planned. The activities are being prepared in Europe. In North America, the climate exchange for trading in Montreal is being set up and the infrastructure is in place.

The Tire to Oil project has attracted much interest and InfoSpi expects to sign contracts before the end of the month with a number of operators within designated districts.

"It will be an interesting month for our division that deals with sludge and sewer conversion into bio-crude," confirms Chris Hamilton, CEO. He adds that there are final steps being accomplished for InfoSpi to set up a demonstration plant in Florida.
