InfoSpi Shall Benefit From Contract for Future Use of IBS Technology

(OTC Bulletin Board: ISPI) announced today an important development within the process of the negotiations to acquire the business and advanced technology of Integral Bioenergies Systems, SL (IBS). This firm has developed and protected a proprietary technology process that allows the treatment of biomass/sludge obtained at sewage treatment plants.
IBS has entered into a contract with Tedagua (www.tedagua.com), a member of the ACS Group (www.acscorporate.com). Tedagua is a worldwide leader in the industry of water treatment plants operating projects in many cities of Mexico, Central and South America, Africa, China and the Middle East.
