InformEx Introduces Tiered Badge Pricing, CPhI Partnership Among Key Enhancements for 2015
NEW YORK, Aug. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- InformEx, North America's only event of its kind offering educational resources and business partnering opportunities for buyers and sellers of high-value chemistry, has unveiled a series of new features designed to make every moment of the conference more valuable for attendees and exhibitors.
InformEx 2015, to be held Feb. 3-5 at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, will include a tiered badge pricing structure, a new pharmaceutical expo zone in partnership with CPhI Worldwide and a more convenient schedule adapted to meet the needs of the InformEx community.
The 2015 conference also will provide innovation-focused education sessions that lend expert guidance to ongoing industry changes. This builds on a fresh education format introduced at InfomEx 2014, which drew record-breaking attendance to on-floor sessions.

Among the new features for InformEx 2015:
- Tiered badge pricing. In a move to increase accessibility for attendees with varying business and networking goals, InformEx now offers different levels of badge pricing. Attendees can choose from a basic expo package for $195, a networking-level package that also includes admission to receptions and conference sessions for $395, and an all-inclusive package that provides additional access to technology showcases, the showcase luncheon and daily meals for $595 ($395 for exhibitors).
- Partnership with CPhI Worldwide. CPhI Worldwide, the leading global sourcing event for the pharmaceutical industry, has joined with InformEx to launch the cGMP Zone at InformEx 2015. Pharmaceutical buyers seeking cGMP CRO/CMO services, intermediates, APIs, and process chemical technologies will have a dedicated area to achieve their business objectives. This new zone is expected to attract a significant international audience.
- Convenient Tuesday-Thursday schedule. InformEx 2015 is compressed into three days, rather than four days, to maximize on-site time for attendees and exhibitors. Exhibitor & Technology Showcases will kick off the conference on Tuesday morning, followed by the Expo Grand Opening in the afternoon. The world-class welcome reception will follow at the National WWII museum. This enhanced schedule comes in direct response to feedback from attendees and members of the strategic advisory board.
- Specialty zone. The InformEx Specialty Zone will provide a focused area for custom, contract, and toll manufacturers serving specialty chemical industries, including: Agrochemicals & Crop Protection, Adhesives & Polymers, Construction, Electronic & IT, Flavors & Fragrances, Food & Beverage, Sealants & Coatings, Petrochemical & Energy and Personal Care.
- Buyer panels. By popular demand, InformEx is re-introducing InformEx Buyer Panels designed for suppliers to hear directly from procurement professionals in a Q&A format. Buyer panels will cover the pharmaceutical, agrochemical and industrial markets.
