STAMFORD, Conn., Dec. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Information Services Group, Inc. (ISG) (NASDAQ: III), a leading technology insights, market intelligence and advisory services company, said today its Board of Directors voted to declare a special dividend of $0.14 per share on the Company's issued and outstanding shares of common stock. This cash dividend will be paid on January 28, 2015 to shareholders of record as of January 15, 2015.
