Information Architects new President Updates Shareholders on the Company's New Direction and Business Plan

ORLANDO, Fla., July 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Information Architects Corporation (OTCQB: IACH) announced it is engaging in bold new initiatives with the new direction of the company. These plans have been in place since the middle of last year when the company restructured the shares outstanding. Since then, management has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to develop the company, as well as put things in place to develop IACH into a world class operation.

In the short term, the company plans to acquire a number of medical operations, which can provide cash flow and operating income. Several promising candidate companies have been identified, along with discussions that are underway to proceed with possible mergers or acquisitions. One letter of intent has been signed, in turn, the company hopes to have this finalized and announced in the very near future.

The larger goal is to begin operations in the Life Settlements arena, which will be mostly funded through the cash flow earned from the medical operations. In this business IACH will purchase life insurance policies from people, who no longer need or require them, typically for pennies on the dollar of the benefit amount. IACH will then continue to pay the premiums on these policies and the company will then collect the full benefit amount when the policy is paid out.

According to market estimates from Conning Research & Consulting, there was about $36 billion in face value of in-force life settlements as of the end of 2011. The life-policy secondary market has been a booming business since the mid 2000's, as hedge funds and investment entities have been acquiring the policies of older Americans.
