Infogroup NW Announces New Ownership, Expands Capabilities, Enhances Brand
PORTLAND, Ore., April 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Infogroup Northwest Inc., an IT Services, Resourcing and Consulting Company located in Lake Oswego, OR announced today that Andrew Cadwell, an IT Services Industry veteran and private equity investor, has acquired a majority stock interest in the company from Duane E. Daggett. Additionally, the company is integrating new expanded capabilities in software development and advanced IT infrastructure. The company is also adopting new branding and will be called IGNW. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Cadwell, who will act as Managing Partner/CEO, has led multiple IT services companies nationally and has had a successful business track record. He states that the IT industry has changed dramatically and is ready for a new type of solution provider. "IGNW created a strong brand by providing IT resources on demand to enterprise clients in the Northwest and beyond," says Cadwell. "Leveraging these existing capabilities and combining them with new services that address current industry trends will make IGNW's story far more compelling to its current and future clients." The reformatted company plans to address 3 key industry trends with IGNW's "rapid deployment" resourcing combined with new systems integration/software development/DEVOPS capabilities: Cloud Application Services, IOT and Infrastructure as Code/SDN. IGNW will offer these services with associated products directly to clients locally in the Western US and also deliver services through tech manufacturers and reputable value added resellers nationally.
Daggett, a longtime veteran in the Northwest IT services industry, will retire as CEO and remains as IGNW board chairman. "We are thrilled to be launching the new IGNW," Daggett says. "Because of the latest IT industry trends and fierce competition, the IT staff augmentation industry that we have operated in has become more commoditized and difficult in recent years. It's not enough these days to simply provide resources. We need to add high value practice areas and domain expertise in order to be truly consultative and provide the most value to our clients. This acquisition and adding these new capabilities gives IGNW, its employees and consultants the opportunity to be more competitive for the foreseeable future."
IGNW will operate from its HQ in Lake Oswego, OR. For more information please go to WWW.IGNW.IO or contact us at [email protected]
