COLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- On December 31, 2018, Molecular Technologies Laboratories and Applied Biomolecular Technologies, Inc., completed their merger transaction by integrating their services under its new company name, InfinixBio. The merger builds on a strong partnership the two companies established in 2012, working together to provide complementary and innovative solutions in genetic engineering, protein biochemistry, microbiology and cell biology.
