Infinite Z Strengthens Executive Team; Appoints Joseph Powers as CFO

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Dec. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Infinite Z, Inc. ®, a technology provider that enables virtual-holographic 3D imagery to bring designs to life, today announced the appointment of Joseph Powers as chief financial officer, based in the company's Mountain View headquarters.

Powers brings to Infinite Z more than 20 years of experience in the chief financial officer role. His expertise lies with high-technology, high-growth companies and in developing financial and operational control systems focused on supporting overall growth and profitability. During his career Powers has played a key role in developing international business strategy and creating enterprise value. Uniquely, Powers also has experience providing manufacturing oversight and negotiating product licensing transactions.

Prior to joining Infinite Z, Powers was CFO for Virident Systems. He also previously held CFO positions at WorkRite Ergonomics (acquired by Knape & Vogt), Bay Packets (acquired by Genband), Akamba Corporation, Pacific Microsonics (acquired by Microsoft) and ViTel International (acquired by Premier Global). He holds Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Accounting from The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder.
