Infinio Adds Brian Nadeau To Executive Team

Wins Flatley Challenge, opens engineering office in Nashua, NH

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Dec. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Infinio, a market leader in storage acceleration for virtualized data centers, today announced that Brian Nadeau has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Product Development, and that Infinio is opening a new engineering office in Nashua, New Hampshire. The new office, facilitated by Infinio's win of the 2014 Flatley Challenge, is in addition to company headquarters that remain in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Nadeau brings more than 30 years of experience in storage, operating systems, networking, and embedded systems design. He comes to Infinio from Simplivity, where he was VP of Engineering and was responsible for hardware engineering, software engineering, and product quality. Earlier in his career, he served as an Executive Director at Dell, where he managed more than 300 people on the EqualLogic engineering team. Nadeau was also an early member of Data Kinesis (acquired by Adaptec) and Pirus Networks (acquired by Sun). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire, and completed general management training courses at the Chicago Booth School of Business.

In his new role, Nadeau will lead product development and product management spanning both company locations.

The Flatley Challenge, sponsored by the John Flatley Company, owner of the Nashua Technology Park at Gateway Hills, is designed to encourage and assist entrepreneurs in the fields of IT, communication, data storage, connectivity, and other leading-edge technologies by providing one year of free rent for up to 5,000 square feet of office space. Each year's winner also receives up to $10,000 in fit-up, connectivity and related costs to equip the space.
