Clicktale, the leader in digital customer experience, announced the addition of several industry veterans to their team. Eric Hohlt has joined the company as vice president, Global Sales, and Geoff Galat has been appointed vice president, Strategic Initiatives. Hohlt and Galat are joined by several additions to the sales team across the United States and Europe.
Hohlt brings vast experience building and leading enterprise sales organizations in relevant market segments, most recently serving as Vice President - Worldwide Sales at IBM Tealeaf. He has also served in executive sales positions at Chordiant and Kana.
"When I was thinking about my next move, I wanted to make sure I chose a company that really has its pulse on the future of digital marketing. Clicktale's vision and technology is light years ahead of everyone else, and I'm thrilled to be joining the company and look forward to fueling its growth," Hohlt said.
Galat was instrumental in establishing the digital customer experience market, having led global marketing, product management and product strategy over a 13-year period at industry pioneer Tealeaf, serving as CMO up to and beyond its acquisition by IBM. Galat was also instrumental in developing IBM's digital marketing platform and customer analytics strategies, and served as CMO of digital marketing platform Silverpop after its acquisition by IBM. He previously served in executive marketing management roles at Tumbleweed, Luminate and Mercury.
"I'm very excited to join Clicktale, which is the emerging leader in digital experience," Galat said. "The company's technology, products, and people are well-positioned to challenge the status quo in the digital world. Clicktale's vision will truly change the way enterprises analyze & optimize their customer's digital experiences, and the product roadmap is game changing."

The expansion of the sales team follows a record-breaking 2015 for the company, with hundreds of new accounts, double or triple-figure growth across all key metrics, and customers who realized tens of millions of dollars in found revenues and other business benefits through Clicktale's solution.
In 2015, Clicktale established its U.S. headquarters in San Francisco, following a $35 million funding round led by the global investment firm KKR, with participation from Amadeus Capital Partners, Viola Credit and other existing investors.
