Industry Veteran Joins Clear Thinking Group to Open Dallas Office

HILLSBOROUGH, N.J., Oct. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Clear Thinking Group LLC announced today that industry veteran Steven Bellah has joined the firm and will lead its soon-to-be opened office in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Bellah has over 30 years of experience in the commercial finance and financial services industry. His experience includes working capital management, cash-flow management, profitability analysis, asset-based lending, subordinated capital, securitizations, leasing and factoring. Prior to joining Clear Thinking Group, Steve was a Senior Associate with a strategic and turnaround consulting firm. He previously served as a Director of Silver Spring Securities, a registered broker-dealer. Before joining Silver Spring, Steve was Senior Vice President/Business Development Officer at Wells Fargo Retail Finance, and Division Manager at Wells Fargo Business Credit. He was also Managing Director and Region Manager for GE Capital's Commercial Finance division. Prior to his work for GE Capital, Steve was Vice President and Region Manager for The CIT Group/Business Credit. Mr. Bellah received his BA in Economics and Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is a registered representative, holding series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
