Industry Veteran Gene Ritter Joins Irrimax® Corporation As Vice President, Sales
Senior-Level Sales Appointment Focused on Rapid Growth
ATLANTA, April 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Irrimax Corporation names experienced medical device sales executive, Gene Ritter, as the company's first vice president of sales. Mr. Ritter will head the sales effort for Irrimax's flagship product IRRISEPT®. IRRISEPT is an FDA-cleared debridement and cleansing system containing 0.05% Chlorhexidine Gluconate (CHG) in water for irrigation.

Ritter's primary responsibility is to develop a comprehensive sales strategy for the medical device company's flagship product, IRRISEPT. IRRISEPT is currently in use in more than 250 hospitals nationwide, and market penetration is expected to grow rapidly following completion of the company's current Phase IV, randomized clinical trial.

Prior to joining Irrimax, he was VP, Sales – Surgical Solutions at Ecolab Healthcare, responsible for the combined Surgical and Temperature Management business. In this role, he was responsible for sales of more than $100 million and a 70 person sales team. Ritter's previous roles demonstrate a record of increasing responsibility within the Ecolab and Microtek medical sales organizations.
