Industry Report Reveals Top 12 Investment Priorities for Heads of Patent and IP

Protecting global patent portfolios is the major challenge for the majority of respondents across all industries and their investment priorities reflect this. For example, 57% need more external help with patent litigation and 65% want to invest in patent portfolio management tools in the next 12 months.

Turning their patent portfolio into a profitable company asset is a goal for many of the IP directors the Legal Exchange Network spoke with; further demonstrated by the fact that 43% of respondents are aiming to invest in valuation services over the next 12 months.
