Recently Andy was Executive Consultant to the CEO of Fairview Health Services and the University of Minnesota Academic Health Center. Dr. Dahl was President and CEO of Evolution Benefits and pioneered point-of-service adjudication and payment of health services (The Benny Card). He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of HealthNet of Kansas City. Dr. Dahl served as President and Chief Executive Officer of IntegraMed, where he was instrumental in taking the corporation public. Dr. Dahl also was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of St. John Health and Hospital Corporation in Detroit and an Associate Professor of Community Medicine at Wayne State University Medical School. He was also Vice President for Development of the Hospital Corporation of America, Management Company.

Dr. Dahl received his Sc.D. from The Johns Hopkins University and his M.P.A. from Cornell University.
