Industry Ad Veteran Comes to Visible Measures
Scott W Thompson appointed Vice President of Sales, West Coast; Hung Nguyen Promoted to Vice President of Market Development
BOSTON, Oct. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Visible Measures, the innovation platform for video, today announced that Scott W Thompson, formerly of Univision, has joined the company as Vice President, West Coast Sales. Thompson joins Marc Schraer, formerly of Google/Doubleclick, Senior Vice President of Sales and Account Management, to lead the sales team on the west coast for Visible Measures' choice-based video ad network, Viewable Media.

Thompson will be leading the west coast sales team for Viewable Media, Visible Measures' choice-based video advertising network. Viewable Media promotes video ads as content across premium publishers, optimizing for earned media performance. Among Thompson's responsibilities will be handling the rapidly increasing business from clients, leading the market in developing differentiated solutions, increasing customer service, and building out the team.
Thompson joins Visible Measures from Univision Interactive Media, where he opened the San Francisco office and ran the west coast sales team for the past four years. Prior to Univision, Thompson spent four years at Disney Interactive Media Group, where he was a key member of the sales steam.
Visible Measures also announced today that it has promoted Hung Nguyen to Vice President of Market Development. In this new role, Nguyen will use his client facing experience and keen understanding of digital video to assess market needs and accelerate development and adoption of innovative video solutions. Nguyen will also be working closely with creative agencies to help them leverage Visible Measures' exclusive video dataset and learnings in order to create more engaging campaigns in digital video. Nguyen has extensive experience in the industry and has been a driving force behind choice-based video campaigns for years.
