From its roots in a suburban Philadelphia schoolhouse, Devereux has grown to become one of the nation's largest providers of behavioral healthcare services to children and adults across the nation. For 100 years, Devereux has supported families in caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, social and emotional issues and special needs. The Centennial Sponsorship by IBC is the single largest corporate gift received by Devereux in its 100 year history and names IBC presenting sponsor of Devereux's Golf Classic, Family and Friends Fun night at the Please Touch Museum August 17, and 100th anniversary gala, set to take place November 10 at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
"We at Devereux are thrilled to have support of this magnitude from IBC," says Kreider. "This investment demonstrates their commitment to the mental and behavioral health of individuals across the country, and their generous donation will help Devereux continue to inspire hope and empower lives as we enter our second century as an organization."
"IBC is delighted to make this investment in Devereux and believes wholeheartedly in the work they do for so many individuals, both here in the Philadelphia community and throughout the country," says Cashman. "We congratulate Devereux on their 100 years of service, and look forward to commemorating this milestone at their 100th anniversary gala in November."
