Net Promoter Score of 62 Puts InDemand in the Top Five Percent
SEATTLE, March 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- InDemand Interpreting, a leading provider of Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) within healthcare, announced the results of its annual Net Promoter Score Survey (NPS), today's standard for measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. InDemand's score of 62 puts the company in the top five percent of American companies selling to other businesses.
The Net Promoter Score is a customer loyalty metric that tracks a customers' likelihood to recommend a product or service. NPS is calculated as the percentage of customers who are promoters, rating the company 9 or 10 on a 0 to 10 point scale, minus the percentage who are detractors, rating 6 or lower.
Consumers rate each of the various aspects of customer experience including product or service features, customer service and overall value. The Net Promoter Score is based on customers' direct feedback and measures their likelihood to recommend a business's products or services in their respective marketplace.
