Increased Demand for Legionella Water Testing Fuels Phigenics Analytical Services Laboratory Expansion

WARRENVILLE, Ill., Feb. 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- To meet the demands of its growing business, Phigenics (the Independent Leader in Water Management℠) moved its laboratory, shipping and administrative operations at the end of 2016 from Naperville, IL to Warrenville, IL, more than doubling its square footage.  Lesley Leonidas, Phigenics' laboratory manager, says, "Phigenics Analytical Services Laboratory is excited for this next chapter in our company. The new, larger laboratory allows us to continue to provide accurate results while growing to meet the demand of the ever-increasing market."

Phigenics currently operates two laboratories that test for Legionella: a lab in Warrenville, IL and a second lab in Fayetteville, AR. Both laboratories are ELITE certified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and provide comprehensive microbiological and chemistry testing for all water systems found in commercial, institutional and industrial facilities. The Fayetteville laboratory will also see a doubling of its square footage in 2017.

The new Warrenville location also includes an R&D area with working models of potable water analytical equipment offerings, which are available for client demonstrations.
