Robert Skiba will assume the role of executive vice president of regulatory and governmental affairs.

Lewis brings more than 25 years of experience taking complex technology and related services to market, including business planning, new market development, customer development, relationship management and strategy presentation in the payments market. He joins InComm from Discover Financial, where he served as director of alternative payments and prepaid, providing leadership and management of business lines for Discover Network. Prior to his position with Discover Financial, Lewis held numerous leadership positions including President, ePayment Solutions Division of FIS, and President, Issuing Solutions Division of Metavante.
