Executives to Present Engagement Trends in Prepaid and Beyond
RICHMOND, Va., May 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- At the upcoming Card Forum and Expo, Brian Parlotto, SVP of Gift Cards, Digital and B2B from InComm, will join Affinion Loyalty Group's Group VP of Sales & Strategy, Charles Christianson, to explore trends in loyalty and engagement as they examine the intersection of stored-value and prepaid cards, social media and the emerging powerhouse of gamification. Social media continues to change the landscape of customer interaction and new research reveals the power of gamification to drive customer and user response and loyalty. The Gartner Group suggests that by 2015, more than half of organizations that manage innovation processes will gamify those systems. The speech will take place on Friday, May 11 at 12:00pm in International Ballroom II at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, Orlando, FL.
