Nonprofit organization will exhibit at the NACTT annual seminar, July 11-14, 2012

ORLANDO, Fla., July 10, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- InCharge® Debt Solutions ("InCharge"), a nonprofit credit counseling agency, will be on hand to showcase its bankruptcy courses at the 47th Annual Seminar of the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (NACTT) at the New Orleans Marriott, July 11-14, 2012.

The company will be showcasing its Pre-Filing Credit Counseling, and Pre-Discharge Debtor Education courses during the four-day event. Both courses can be found online at www.PersonalFinanceEducation.com. InCharge, with its affiliate InCharge Education Foundation, has helped clients complete over 1 million bankruptcy courses. 

This event will feature an ethics presentation on mortgages, a review of new federal rules, and a "Presidents' Panel" that will include leaders from NACTT as well as other associations.  A review of the rise in consumer case fees and costs as well as an annual case law update will also be included in the seminar programming.
