Nonprofit organization will exhibit at the Southern Illinois event, May 3-4, 2012

ORLANDO, Fla., May 3, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- InCharge® Debt Solutions ("InCharge"), a nonprofit credit counseling agency, with its affiliate InCharge Education Foundation, has helped clients complete over 800,000 bankruptcy courses since the company initiated the educational offerings in 2006.  The company will be showcasing its Pre-Filing Credit Counseling and Pre-Discharge Debtor Education courses to bankruptcy attorneys at the Bankruptcy Association of Southern Illinois (BASIL) Annual Seminar, May 3-4, 2012 in Fairview Heights, Illinois.  InCharge is a Gold Sponsor of this important seminar.

This event will feature discussion topics such as how to avoid being sued, the legal black hole, dealing with the adversarial relationship, and ethical issues, among others.  Several judges from the Southern Illinois region will speak as well, offering case law updates and insights into the new bankruptcy rules.

The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005, or BAPCPA, requires debtors to complete both Pre-Filing Credit Counseling and Pre-Discharge Debtor Education courses and InCharge offers both courses online at www.PersonalFinanceEducation.com.
