iNACOL to Host Webinar: 'An International Perspective of K-12 Online Learning'

VIENNA, Va., Feb. 5 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The International Association for K-12 Online Learning (iNACOL) is hosting a webinar providing an "International Perspective of K-12 Online Learning" to share information on how other countries are using online learning as a strategy to increase access to world-class educational opportunities, reform education and better prepare students to become global citizens.

This session is Wednesday, February 10th, from 2:00 – 3:00 PM (Eastern) via Elluminate.  Trends in online learning from around the globe will be discussed, including China, Singapore, India, New Zealand, and others. The latest research from iNACOL's recent International Survey, State of the Nation Study: K-12 Online Learning in Canada will be discussed and a panel consisting of international leaders in K-12 online learning from the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom will participate.

Globalization requires students to be academically prepared in new ways to achieve success in a knowledge-based and global society.
