Inaccess and Sense One Deal Successfully Completed

LONDON, April 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Inaccess and Sense One Technologies announce today the completion of the transaction foreseen under their recent strategic cooperation agreement. According to that agreement, Inaccess acquires Sense One Technologies Ltd (UK), the UK operating entity of Sense One Technologies and incorporates pvSense product line and solar PV related operations in its global solutions portfolio.

Following the transaction, Inaccess is now monitoring more than 1,200 solar plants with a total capacity exceeding 1.5 GW in US, Europe and Asia.

Sense One Technologies continues its international activities by promoting innovative Monitoring & Control software solutions for the global Internet of Energy markets.
