SILVER SPRING, Md., Jan. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Koons of Silver Spring, a major auto dealership outside of Washington DC is offering free oil changes, tire rotations and inspections to all federal government employees during the January 20th, 2018 federal government shutdown.
