In-Shape Health Clubs Expands Programming for Older Adults through Participation in the Silver&Fit National Network of Fitness Centers

STOCKTON, Calif., Sept. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- In-Shape Health Clubs, California's premier destination for fitness, recreation and fun, is pleased to announce that it is now providing the Silver&Fit® Exercise and Healthy Aging program at more than 50 of its 72 locations throughout California. The addition of the Silver&Fit program means that In-Shape now offers no-cost or low-cost access to eligible older adults at almost every club in California.

The Silver&Fit program is available to people who are Medicare-eligible and have purchased Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement coverage that includes the Silver&Fit program as a benefit. The program covers all classes offered by In-Shape Health Clubs, as well as access to all of the amenities available to regular club members, such as fitness machines, tennis, swimming pools, weights, whirlpools and saunas.
