In-park voice of the Cincinnati Reds, Joe "Z" will be the Master of Ceremonies for the 27th Mardi Gras for Homeless Children
COVINGTON, Ky., Feb. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Mardi Gras for Homeless Children announced today that Joe Zerhusen aka Joe "Z" will join Josh Martinez from KISS 107 as Master of Ceremonies for the 27th annual Mardi Gras for Homeless Children. Joe Z is the public-address announcer for Cincinnati Reds home games at Great American Ballpark. Gordon Snyder, Chairman of the event, said, "Together, Joe Z and Josh are sure to make this Mardi Gras a memorable event!"
Mardi Gras for Homeless Children, an "all-inclusive" food and beverage culinary celebration produced by The Northern Kentucky Restaurant Association, will again be at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center "Fat Tuesday," February 13th, 2018. The proceeds from the Mardi Gras go to three area shelters that provide essential care to homeless children and their families. They are Bethany House Services of Cincinnati, and Brighton Center's Homeward Bound and Welcome House of Northern Kentucky, Inc. in Covington.
Snyder said, "Tickets are selling at a record pace this year. With only one week remaining, people are encouraged to move fast if they want to be a part of the fun and support for homeless kids."
