ONTARIO, Calif., April 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Certified Aviation Services, LLC (CAS) is in the process of completing its first "In-House" B787 level 2 systems training course. There are currently 10 students that are taking this 80-hour class. The class is being taught in a blended learning approach that includes instructor-led training, computer based training, and on the job training.
Vice President of Operations, Mike Scanlon said, "Obviously with the success of the Boeing 787, it is the aircraft of the future and most of our airline customers have it or have it on order. We are delighted in our development of a blended training solution, giving CAS the ability to train our technicians with a great degree of flexibility in scheduling. The first class will be working the 787 this week, showcasing the level of knowledge gained from this training."
The ability to accomplish this state of the art type training has proven a true success for Certified Aviation Services. Due to the success of the class and the knowledge gained by our students, Certified Aviation Services has planned for a second B787 class in May of 2017.
