Improvements of Water Treatment Facility at Diablo Grande Completed and Earn Approval From California Department of Public Health

LOS ANGELES, May 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Laurus Corporation is pleased to announce the completion of the improvements to the water treatment plant at Diablo Grande Community in Patterson, California.

Laurus Corporation and World International have been working diligently since taking over the residential development of the community to improve the water quality at Diablo Grande.  After substantial capital infusions in modifications and improvements, and several months of testing, Laurus and World have received final approval from the California Department of Public Health, stating that "the water being served by the WHWD at Diablo Grande has returned to compliance with the primary drinking water quality standards established in the Safe Drinking Water Act."

Diablo Grande is moving forward in other aspects as well.  A revised Master Plan for the property is near completion and includes an upscale boutique hotel attached to the country club, a variety of amenities, first-class spa and elegant community center.  The low-density community will have custom homes and villas, townhouses, single family residences gently placed in large lots within a tranquil secluded atmosphere, equestrian center, bike and foot trails, all surrounded by its own existing vineyard.  The country club is undergoing renovations and is designed to enhance the golf experience.
