Cross Product Promotion Agreement Expands Marketing Reach, Adds Revenue Source
SEATTLE, July 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Imogo Mobile Technologies Corp. (OTCBB: IMTC), a leader in secure mobile cloud services, today announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with Toronto-based Contact Monkey (www.contactmonkey.com), a rapidly growing developer and marketer of a seamless, secure and easy-to-use cloud solution that lets users better control and share their contact information.
Imogo has worked out a mutually beneficial agreement with Contact Monkey that will accelerate synergistic growth in both the cloud and app markets. Under the terms of the alliance agreement, Imogo will integrate the Contact Monkey solution into the Imogo cloud offering and the two companies will cross promote each company's product offerings.
