"There has been a lot of buzz in the news about the explosion of cyberbullying among kids," said Alan Anderson, imbee's CEO. "imbee recognizes it as a problem for our kids and is offering real and practical advice about how to deal with it, consulting with experts in the field and making imbee a zero-tolerance No Bully Zone. The No Bully Zone will continue to evolve and grow on the site as imbee gets feedback from users, launches new features, introduces new content, adds additional partners and works with more parents and educators on spreading the word."
Helping imbee launch the No Bully Zone is America's leading "Textpert" and cyberbullying prevention expert, Shawn Marie Edgington. Edgington is the author of the new best seller The Parent's Guide to Texting, Facebook, and Social Media: Understanding the Benefits and Dangers of Parenting in a Digital World. Personally, Edgington knows first-hand the devastating effects of cyberbullying, as her child was cyberbullied in school.
