NEW YORK, May 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- IMAX Corporation (NYSE: IMAX; TSX: IMX) today announced the appointment of Eileen Campbell as Chief Marketing Officer, effective July 15. Campbell will lead the Company's global marketing function.

Campbell's distinguished career spans over 30 years in senior executive positions with industry-leading organizations, most notably with Millward Brown, one of the world's top global brand consulting agencies, with a client roster that includes 81 of the world's top 100 brands. Campbell most recently served as the company's Global Chief Executive Officer where she was responsible for 78 offices in 51 countries and generated industry-leading growth. During her tenure with Millward Brown, Campbell also served as the company's Head of Global Development and North America CEO. Prior to Millward Brown, Campbell held senior leadership roles with market-leading research and insight firms including Angus Reid Group, NFO Worldgroup and Maritz.
