ImagineAir Appoints David Kalinske as Chief Operating Officer

NEW YORK, Nov. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- ImagineAir, a leading on-demand air taxi service which operates the largest fleet of on-demand Cirrus aircraft, today announced that it has appointed David Kalinske as Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Kalinske will oversee all aspects of ImagineAir's operational growth, leading innovation and membership efforts, as the company expands its fleet and service offerings across the country.

Kalinske has over 22 years of combined experience as an entrepreneur and business leader in the government and aviation industries. Kalinske is an entrepreneur, Harvard Alumnus, former Aide to two U.S. Presidents (President Bush and President Obama), a TOPGUN graduate and Marine Corps fighter squadron Commanding Officer (CEO) who has managed over $1B in assets. He also served as an innovation leader at the world's leading defense contractor – Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Advanced Development Programs. Earlier in his career he served as a graduate level instructor fighter pilot for the top 1% of America's military aviators. He is a combat-tested leader who led the first missions of Operation Iraqi Freedom as a carrier air wing mission commander in 2003. With extensive worldwide operational experience, he was the 2010 recipient of the Defense Superior Service Medal for superior meritorious service in a position of significant national responsibility as Aide to the President of the United States.
