Imagina US Selects ATCi's Simulsat C/Ku Broadcast Solution for New Miami Facilities
LAS VEGAS, April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Antenna Technology Communications Inc., a provider of satellite communications systems, today announced at the NAB conference in Las Vegas that Imagina US has selected the ATCi Simulsat C/Ku Multibeam antenna solution, ATCi's latest, most technologically advanced multibeam, to outfit its prominent broadcast facility located in Miami, Florida.
Imagina US, pioneer in the production and creation of TV formats and a leader in the development and transmission of TV channels provides Broadcast Services through its Teleport division. The Teleport operates with two ATCi Simulsat C/Ku multibeam antenna systems capable of receiving content from up to 70 different satellites simultaneously.
Imagina US new facilities have over 11,000 square feet of studios for television production in HD, equipped with the most high-tech sound and graphics. Furthermore, the teleport is the most proficient for satellite reception in South Florida, capable of receiving and manipulating signals from all over the satellite spectrum. Accordingly, these signals can be transmitted anywhere in the world either via satellite, undersea fiber optics or Internet through Tier 1 providers.
