ImageSoft Ranks in the Top 10 Among Small Workplaces in Detroit Free Press Top Workplace Awards

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Nov. 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ImageSoft, Inc., of Southfield, will be among companies collecting accolades and awards today at a ceremony to recognize the region's 100 Top Workplaces. ImageSoft, which provides document and process improvement solutions, earned the prestigious award, presented annually by the Detroit Free Press, for the second consecutive year.

The breakfast event honors 100 large, small and mid-size employers who were chosen after their employees completed surveys about their level of satisfaction with the pay, benefits, advancement opportunities, schedule flexibility, and other attributes of their workplace.

With feedback from its employees, ImageSoft ranked eighth out of 40 award recipients in the small-business category, moving the company up four spots this year. The 100 winners were chosen through a complex judging process conducted by the survey firm Workplace Dynamics. Some 60,021 Michigan employees received surveys and 41,437 responded.

On November 16, the Free Press will publish a full list of all the recipients along with a Top Workplaces special section with in-depth features on some winners.
