Illumio Adds IBM AIX and Oracle Solaris Support for its Adaptive Security Platform

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Oct. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Illumio today announced its Adaptive Security Platform (ASP)™ now supports IBM AIX and Oracle Solaris operating systems – providing full visibility and adaptive micro-segmentation to mission-critical systems. Many applications in financial services, government and healthcare depend on multiple different operating system types and releases, with AIX and Solaris being two of the most common. The added support for AIX and Solaris allows Illumio to secure the broadest range of applications and computing environments, including bare-metal servers, VMs, and containers.
