Illinois Lottery Debuts August Instant Tickets

CHICAGO, Aug. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Illinois Lottery released several new instant games this month.  $2,000 Spin, Icy Hot 7-11-21, Bingo Boogie and $500 Frenzy give players chances to win top prizes ranging from $2,000 to $200,000. These four new games join popular instant games like Spread the Word, which benefits people living with HIV/AIDS in Illinois, and ongoing draw games such as Lotto with Extra Shot.

$2,000 Spin gives players five tries to match their numbers to the winning spin number on a $1 instant ticket. Overall odds of winning on $2,000 Spin are 1-in- 4.87. Total prize money available in this game exceeds $3.9 million.

Icy Hot 7-11-21 is a $2 game that offers players six games on one ticket and a chance to win up to $30,000. If totals are seven, 11, or 21 in a single game, players win the prize shown. Other great prizes can be won on this ticket as well by uncovering specific symbols in the bonus box. Overall odds of winning on Icy Hot 7-11-21 are 1-in-4.3.
