ATLANTA, Feb. 28, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- IHRC, Inc. today announced that Keith Smith, former senior vice president at SAIC, has been named chief operating officer, effective immediately. IHRC is an international consulting and professional services company focused on providing support in science and health, information management, management consulting, bioinformatics, and global health.
Smith will oversee all IHRC operations, including strategic planning, client relations, and business development. He will also lead the Applied Bioinformatics Laboratory (ABiL) partnership with the Georgia Institute of Technology and IHRC Kenya Limited.

Prior to joining IHRC, Smith spent more than 30 years at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) in various leadership roles including business operations, mergers and acquisitions, organizational design and effectiveness, profit and loss management, and business development. Most recently, he was the senior vice president of their Digital Infrastructure Service Line, which provided IT support to various government and commercial clients.

Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Auburn University.
