IGT's New Megabucks® Wild Sapphires™ MultiPLAY Multi-Level Progressives Game to Debut at G2E 2010

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT), a global leader in creating the major games that players love and the network systems that improve the player experience, will introduce its new Megabucks® Wild Sapphires™ MultiPLAY Multi-Level Progressives game at the 2010 Global Gaming Expo (G2E) on Nov. 16–18 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Megabucks® Wild Sapphires™ MultiPLAY Multi-Level Progressives combine a popular player favorite with a new three-game MultiPLAY interface that allows multiple games to be played simultaneously for more game action and increased chances to win. Thirteen in-house progressive awards and a Wide Area Progressive jackpot offer multiple award possibilities. Each of the 13 in-house progressives is triggered by a combination of three symbols on any of the three games in play. The unique Step Up feature adds 2X, 3X, 4X and 5X multiplier symbols from the first and second base games to the MegaGame for increased winning opportunities. And when a max bet is played, there is a chance to win the Megabucks® top jackpot award.
