LAS VEGAS, Aug. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT), a global leader in creating the major slot games players love and casino network systems that improve the player experience, announced today that Aimee Hoyt has joined the Company as vice president of Human Resources.

Hoyt comes to IGT from Hewlett-Packard, where as vice president of Human Resources she was responsible for leading all aspects of HR for HP's Software and Solutions division. Before her tenure at HP, Hoyt was director of Human Resources at Cisco Systems, and held senior HR Management roles at Sun Microsystems and Global Crossing, Ltd.
Hoyt holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
