LONDON, April 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- International Game Technology PLC ("IGT") (NYSE: IGT) today announced its agreement with Cadillac Jack's Gaming Resort to deploy a comprehensive suite of IGT® solutions and applications to enhance the Deadwood, SD property's IGT Advantage® casino management system.
Cadillac Jack's has enhanced its IGT Systems with IGT Media Manager, Service Window, and a full suite of systems applications to expand the scope of entertainment and amenities for players. The upgrade to Media Manager and floor-wide Service Window also includes the Random Riches® and Carded Lucky Coin™ featuring Celebration Prizes® bonusing applications. Cadillac Jack's can now offer players the convenience of the IGT On Demand Services suite, which enables ordering of beverages, valet service, summoning of the casino host, and much more from an interactive touch screen on each game connected to the system. To simplify its promotional drawings with paperless entries, Cadillac Jack's has also deployed IGT Virtual Drawing Manager.
"We share Cadillac Jack's commitment to leveraging technology to elevate the overall player experience, whether that is through bonusing capabilities or personalized beverage and valet service. With the addition of IGT Media Manager and Service Window, Cadillac Jack's can provide significantly faster, more personalized customer service across a network of more than 200 electronic gaming machines," said Nick Khin, IGT Senior Vice President of Sales, North America Gaming & Interactive.
"We're ushering in a new standard of customer service with IGT Media Manager and Service Window. With this floor-wide deployment and the inclusion of IGT On Demand applications, our player engagement and incentive capabilities rival any casino in the country. Plus, the addition of IGT bonusing applications means that we can offer our players more entertainment, more ways to win, and more reasons to play at Cadillac Jack's," said Caleb Arceneaux, Liv Hospitality CEO.
"The installation of the IGT Media Manager and Service Window will allow us to remain on the cutting edge of technology and player interaction. The gaming experience we are able to offer our guests is second to none in the market. The ability to promote our market-leading giveaways and destination resort amenities are expected to help our bottom line," said David Schneiter, General Manager, Cadillac Jack's.
