iGov Promotes Manning Bolchoz to Vice President of the Program Management Office

RESTON, Va., Nov. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- iGov, provider of evolutionary tactical IT network systems and system lifecycle support programs, today announced the promotion of Manning Bolchoz to Vice President of the Program Management Office (VP PMO).   Most recently, Mr. Bolchoz acted as Program Manager for a major DOD IT contract and was responsible for all aspects of contract performance.  As VP PMO, Mr. Bolchoz will oversee all of iGov's service programs and projects.

Prior to joining iGov, Mr. Bolchoz served for 26+ years in the U.S. Army. As a retired Army Colonel in the Military Intelligence Corps, Mr. Bolchoz has command and staff experience at the tactical, operational, and strategic echelons of command. He served in Army and joint intelligence assignments throughout the world, to include tours at U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM). Throughout his military and corporate career, Mr. Bolchoz has extensive experience in leading large, diverse organizations with direct responsibility for meeting and exceeding cost, schedule, and performance requirements.

Bolchoz is a 1978 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (Bachelor of Science) and holds a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School. He also received extensive technical and leadership training throughout his military career to include graduating from the U.S. Army War College in 1999.  Mr. Bolchoz holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL Foundation v3 certifications.
