iGov Awarded $500 Million TACLAN Recompete Contract to Produce Tactical Computer Network

RESTON, Va., June 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- iGov, provider of evolutionary tactical network systems and support programs, announced today it was awarded contract #H92222-13-D-0001 for Tactical Local Area Network (TACLAN) Production, extending its relationship as Prime for the program to over 10 years. This is a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a 3-year base period, and two 1-year options.  The maximum contract value is $500 million.

Tactical Local Area Network (TACLAN) is a modular, scalable family of networks providing Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence Automated System (C4IAS) enabling tactical user with a flexible interface to communications, databases, and mission applications that extends the equivalent fixed base garrison C4ISR architecture around the globe.  The TACLAN Contract will deliver system design, production, logistics, and sustainment support for a TACLAN Family of Systems (FoS).
