IEEE Computer Society Collaborates with NetApp to Offer Storage and Data Management Education and Certification to Student Members
LOS ALAMITOS, Calif., May 27, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- NetApp® and IEEE Computer Society are collaborating to provide IEEE Computer Society Student members with the NetApp Certified Storage Associate (NCSA) certification for a reduced price. This special, limited offer includes full access to NetApp'sWeb-based storage and data management courses, self-paced lab sessions, and all exam fees.
Through completing the entry-level NCSA certification, students will learn about storage systems and technologies, NetApp products and solutions, and get practical hands-on experience working with an industry-leading storage and data management software. The NCSA educational program includes a set of Web-based courses and virtual lab activities that require less than 30 hours of coursework. To complete the certification, candidates are required to sit for a proctored exam at a local Pearson VUE testing center.
