Idyll Farms Takes Home Seven Awards at 2017 American Cheese Society Conference
Received More Awards than Any Other Competitor in North America
NORTHPORT, Mich., Aug. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Idyll Farms, a sustainable, pasture-based farmstead goat creamery located in Northport, Michigan, received seven awards at the 2017 American Cheese Society (ACS) Conference, the most of any goat cheese producer in North America.
Of the more than 2,000 cheeses submitted to the 34th annual competition in Denver, Colorado on July 26-29, 2017, Idyll Farms' Idyll Gris and Idyll Farms Spreadable Pastures cheeses placed first place in three categories, and Mont Idyll, Ricotta and Idyllweiss placed second place in three additional categories. Mont Idyll also received a third place in another category.
