SatManage 5.2 offers many valuable features to iDirect partners including an automated SLA Manager for easier SLA reporting and management and Web Service APIs for easier integration with existing business systems. Key Features of SatManage 5.2:

SLA Manager – Enables network operators to calculate SLA performance accurately and automatically, significantly reducing the time and complexity spent on SLA negotiations and helping service providers avoid forced SLA penalty payments due to inaccurate data.

• Provides flexible calculations for different services levels

STIG Compliance – SatManage now meets the configuration standards of US Department of Defense Information Assurance (IA) and IA-enabled devices/systems.
