Icontrol Networks Named as 2015 CES Innovation Awards Honoree
REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Nov. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Icontrol Networks today announced that it has been named a 2015 CES Innovation Awards Honoree for its patent-pending Home View 3D product. Icontrol's Home View 3D gives users the ability to view and manage their entire connected house in a single, three-dimensional rendering of their home. This natural user experience enhances the "glance-ability" of the connected home, helping people more easily monitor all of their devices and platforms.
Icontrol was chosen as an honoree in the Software and Mobile Apps category by a preeminent panel of independent industrial designers, engineers and members of the trade media for its outstanding design and engineering.
"We are honored that Home View 3D has been recognized for its contribution to advancing the connected home," said Paul Dawes, executive vice president and general manager at Icontrol. "Customers have a growing number of connected device options, and we are committed to providing them with easy-to-use, industry-leading solutions that deliver on the promise of connected living."
The CES Innovation Awards are sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA)®. Icontrol's Home View 3D will be displayed at the 2015 International CES, which runs Jan. 6-9, 2015, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
