ICMA-RC Launches RealizeRetirement Resource for Public Sector Employees

According to the sixth annual national survey assessing household saving, released as part of America Saves Week, nearly half of Americans don't have a savings plan with specific goals. RealizeRetirement (www.realizeretirement.org) offers tools to help educate employees to set more specific financial goals, like saving and investing, based on their career stage and long-term plans.  

ICMA-RC, which has won more than 55 national awards in partnership with public sector plan sponsors for educational resources,¹ designed RealizeRetirement using simple, goal-oriented applications to educate public sector workers about building retirement security as they plan during different stages of their career.
